What We Don't Accept:

To keep our store curated, there are some items we won’t accept:

  • Common, everyday brands
  • Items with any visible flaws (tears, stains, missing buttons, etc.)
  • Clothing with strong scents/odours (e.g. smoke, perfume, damp)
  • Heavily worn or faded items
  • Fast fashion pieces with low resale value
  • Outdated styles that are unlikely to resell
  • Unwashed or poorly presented items

Accept the offer and arrange to get the item to us.

Once your item arrives, we will do a final quality check. We reserve the right to decline the item if it does not meet our standards based on its condition upon inspection. If declined, you will need to arrange collection of the item or choose to donate it to U-turn. If approved, you’ll receive your payment — simple as that.
