No Returns or Exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an incorrect item was sent by us.

Product Condition:

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any visible flaws or signs of wear. Minor imperfections may still be present due to the nature of second-hand clothing.

Shipping:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. U-turn Online Thrift Shop is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
